Meet Dr. Rawnsley

Jeffrey Rawnsley, Medical Director is a full time faculty member at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he has helped develop many exciting new advancements in the art and science of hair restoration. Dr. Rawnsley’s vast expertise in facial microsurgery equips him with a level of aesthetic and technical mastery that is unique among hair restoration surgeons. He personally consults with each patient and performs all hair restoration procedures at the UCLA Hair Restoration Center.

Dr. Rawnsley earned a doctorate in medicine as well as a masters degree in health policy from the University of California, San Francisco. After medical school, he performed his residency at UCLA Medical Center, where he also completed specialty training and a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery.

As a full-time UCLA faculty member and leading hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Rawnsley consults regularly with other hair restoration professionals from around the world who seek his expertise on a range of medical and patient management issues. He is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
